Rock band KISS formed in New York City in 1973. They are known for their elaborate stage performances, including their trademark face paint, costumes, and pyrotechnics. KISS has released over 20 studio albums and has sold more than 100 million records worldwide. Some of their most famous songs include "Rock and Roll All Nite," "Detroit Rock City," "Beth," and "I Was Made for Lovin' You."

 

The band has undergone several line-up changes over the years, with Paul Stanley (vocals, rhythm guitar) and Gene Simmons (vocals, bass) being the only original members remaining.
