Seller & Intermediary

All items in our Rare & Used collection are offered for sale by Declan Maynes as a private individual.

RATTLESNAKE GmbH acts solely as an intermediary on behalf of the private seller. The purchase agreement is concluded directly between the buyer and Declan Maynes.

Item Condition & Authenticity

All items are sold in the condition shown in the original product photographs and described in the individual listings.

Any known defects, signs of wear or damage will be disclosed in the product description. This also applies to signed collectibles and memorabilia.

Instruments & Electronic Equipment

Each product description specifies whether an instrument or electronic device has been tested and whether its functionality has been verified.

Untested items will be clearly identified as such.

Orders, Payment & Shipping

All Rare & Used items are available on request only.

Collection and cash payment at the RATTLESNAKE store in Vienna may be arranged individually.

Insured shipping and online payment may also be arranged upon request. Shipping costs and payment details will be confirmed before the purchase is agreed.

Returns & Warranty

As these items are sold by a private individual, the statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right generally does not apply.

Statutory warranty is excluded by agreement between the private seller and buyer to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to defects fraudulently concealed or qualities expressly guaranteed by the seller.

Voluntary returns are only accepted where expressly stated in the individual product listing or agreed in advance.

Any return must be discussed with us beforehand and may be subject to inspection of the returned item. Return shipping costs and other applicable conditions are specified individually.
