    Free shipping on orders of €100 or more
    Below €100: €7.90

  • 🇪🇺 EU (excluding Austria and Germany):

  • 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 🇳🇴 Switzerland, United Kingdom & Norway:

    Transit time after dispatch approx. 7–14 business days

The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs & Import Charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges, taxes or other fees may apply. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient in accordance with the regulations of the respective country.

Tracking

Our parcels are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information by email.

In-Store Pickup

At checkout, where available for your order, you can choose between in-store pickup in Vienna and shipping.

As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email. Please wait for this notification before coming to collect your order.

Cash on Delivery (Austria Only)

We also offer cash on delivery within Austria. An additional COD fee of €5.50 applies.

As cash on delivery cannot be selected through our online shop, please send your order by email to shop@rattlesnake.at. We will take care of everything else.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes approx. 5–20 business days, unless a different delivery time is stated for the respective item.

Please note:
Not all items are immediately in stock at our store. Even if an item or size can be ordered through our online shop, this does not automatically mean that it is available for immediate dispatch.

Some of our products are sourced from our suppliers, including suppliers in the United Kingdom. This may result in longer delivery times in individual cases.

If an item you ordered is currently unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible by email with the estimated waiting time. You can then decide whether you would like to wait for the item or cancel the order or the affected item.

For items expressly marked as Pre-Order / Coming Soon, the estimated delivery time stated for the respective item applies.

Payment

The payment methods currently available and the applicable payment terms will be displayed at checkout.

Depending on the payment method selected, the amount may be authorised, reserved or charged when the order is placed. The specific payment process depends on the payment method selected and the respective payment service provider.

If an ordered item is unavailable and the order is therefore cancelled in whole or in part, any amounts already charged for items that cannot be supplied will be refunded accordingly or will not be finally charged, where applicable to the respective payment method.
