RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, preferably with original tags attached and returned in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) is required.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions (non-returnable items)

Certain items cannot be returned, such as opened hosiery, make-up, sale items, or worn products.

Exchanges

If your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately for the replacement item.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In exceptional cases, we will inform you by email.

EU customers – 14-day withdrawal right

Regardless of the above, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
