RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We voluntarily offer you 30 days to return or exchange an item. Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer remains unaffected.

Voluntary Returns – Conditions
To qualify for our voluntary return policy, the item must be unworn and unused, preferably with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) is required.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Exceptions to Our Voluntary Return Policy
Items that have already been worn or used, as well as opened hygiene products, may in particular be excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. Where a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies to sealed goods for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal has been removed.

Exchanges
If your return has been accepted, you can place a separate new order for the item you require.

Return Shipping Costs
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods unless expressly agreed otherwise.
In the case of justified complaints concerning defective or incorrectly delivered goods, the statutory provisions apply.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
Consumers entering into distance contracts generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

In addition, the electronic “Withdraw from contract” function is available on our website, which allows you to submit your withdrawal online. After submitting your withdrawal using this function, you will receive confirmation that your withdrawal has been received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
