Manic Panic High Voltage® Classic Hair Colour 118ml (Mermaid®)

The Manic Panic High Voltage Classic Colour in Mermaid is ocean-inspired and its shimmering aqua tone is enough to prove that. Manic Panic Mermaid Blue incorporates its ocean blue base colour with a gorgeous undertone of the perfect seaweed green; isn’t this sounding like the perfect mermaid shade? 

Not only is Mermaid from Manic Panic an exceptionally gorgeous shade, but even under specialised blacklight, this blue hue will glow bright with its UV features. Apply this dye to a pre-lightened base at a level 9 at least; to take full advantage of that UV look you’ll need to lighten the hair to a level 10. Manic Panic Mermaid on dark hair will not produce the ocean blue tone that you may have desired and due to its light pigmentation, it won’t produce a noticeable colour change.
