To experience that truly vivid blood-red shade, try applying Vampire Red Manic Panic on bleached hair of at least a level 8 blonde. This type of base will allow the pigment within the formula to develop much easier and produce a vibrant result! However, if dark and mysterious is more your look, then Vampire Red can also be applied to darker bases to produce a subtle hue that is commonly noticed in certain lights such as sunlight.
