Manic Panic Purple Haze High Voltage semi-permanent hair dye features a deep shade of purple with a vibrant finish. For brightest results apply to pre-lightened hair but for a cool Manic Panic purple tint apply to your natural hair color. Either style is sure to give a quirky alternative look!
Our classic range has been around ever since the beginning of the Manic Panic journey with Tish and Snooky in 1977 New York. The collection is made up of highly pigmented colors with added moisture to keep hair conditioned while appearing vibrant.
